Fav. Tourney: This year it was rather surprisingly the UKGT- I’ve not been for several years but was tempted back in by the constant praise of Curry and Johnson, and I am really glad that I did. Definatly one for next year!

My Trampoline: Russ Veal. He always seems to provide a nice soft cushion for me to bounce back up the standings. From memory its 2 from 2 in 2009 and should be more next year!

Greatest Dice: During a doubles game. We were paired against Skaven and Lizardmen who were clustered around a big wood that we really couldn’t go anywhere near. My skink priest casts a Comet, which spends 4 turns coming down. When it does, a 6 is naturally rolled, killing every single annoying unit in the wood (Jezzails, salamanders, skinks, gutter runners) with amazing dice. However, the best piece was doing 6 wounds to a DOW Giant in the Skaven army, which promptly fell over onto his engine and killed it. Never seen dice like it!

2009 Masters Tip to Win: In all honesty, anyone in the event is capable of winning it and like a lot of events it will depend on the draw. I’d have to say Curry for the win if he stays off the ales.

Bad Dice Commentary: Leggy is in fine form going into the masters after winning the last event he attended and challenging at the top of the rankings all year.
